·        Sign up for your team photo time today! Photos will be taken at Page High school the morning of the ride beginning at 6:00 a.m. and running every 5 minutes until 7:15 a.m. To sign up for a time, simply email Megan at megan.wingo@msmidsouth.org

Early Packet Pick-Up Schedule:

Join us as we prepare for the ride by offering you these prime Early Packet Pickup times and locations.  All EPP times will be on the week of September 21-25, 2009. This is your chance to receive your information & prizes early.  Come out to pick-up your rider number, luggage tags, t-shirt, jersey, VIBE packet, etc…before the ride and avoid standing in a long registration line on the morning of the ride. Special drawings will be held each day and door prizes will be awarded!

Special Note: After September 25, all goods will be loaded on to our packing van and will NOT be able to be accessed or picked up until the morning of the ride.

 

·        Monday, September 21st:  Bike Pedlar, West End location, 12:00 pm –7:00 pm

 

·        Tuesday, September 22nd: Cumberland Transit, 11:00 am –6:00 pm

 

·        Wednesday, September 23rd: REI, Brentwood, 12:00 pm –7:00 pm

 

·        Thursday, September 24th: Sun & Ski Sports, 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

 

·        Friday, September 25th: National MS Society, Nashville Office, 7:30 am-11:00 am

  

Top 5 reasons to attend Early Packet Pick-up:

1. You get the official event T-shirt early.

2. You can turn in your money and then you don’t have to deal with it the weekend of the
              ride.

3. You will have your luggage tags, rider number and bike frame number early so you can attach everything and be ready to go Saturday morning.

4. You will not have to wait in long lines on Saturday morning…...you just simply check-in.

5. If you participate in early packet pick-up, your name goes in a drawing each day!!!

 

PLEASE NOTE: You must turn in your minimum $300 in order to pick up your packet…..there can be no exceptions to this rule. If you are a team captain turning in money for your team members, each member must have the minimum $300 in order to pick-up their packets.
